Having graduated from Secondary School No. 4 in Fergana District during the 2025–2026 academic year, he is now taking confident steps toward a new stage of his academic and professional journey.

Born in 2008 in Fergana District, Behruzbek began exploring opportunities beyond academics from an early age. During his school years, he became actively involved in leadership initiatives, debate, international programs, and social engagement activities. Despite his young age, his portfolio is remarkably diverse. Through English language studies, international competitions, Model United Nations conferences, volunteering, mentorship, and self-founded projects, he continuously strives to create new opportunities for his peers.

For Behruzbek, participation is not merely about attending events—it is about creating opportunities rather than waiting for them, opening doors for others while working on self-development, and transforming knowledge into a force that benefits society rather than remaining a personal achievement.

“Opportunities are not awaited—they are created.”

This motto perfectly reflects his current actions, chosen path, and future aspirations.

International Engagement Beginning in School Years

Behruzbek’s journey began through participation in English language programs, debate competitions, and volunteer activities during his school years. What started as personal interests gradually evolved into leadership opportunities, active participation in youth initiatives, and involvement in internationally oriented events.

Engaging in such activities at a young age accelerates personal growth. Debate, MUN, volunteering, and educational projects are far more than extracurricular activities; they develop critical thinking, communication skills, responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities. Through these experiences, Behruzbek has cultivated an international perspective, strong communication skills, leadership capacity, and a proactive mindset.

IELTS, SAT, and Academic Preparation

Behruzbek holds an IELTS score of 5.5, demonstrating his progress toward international communication and academic readiness in English. In today's world, English serves as one of the most important tools for pursuing international relations, diplomacy, political science, and higher education abroad.

In addition, he achieved a SAT score of 1300, reflecting his strengths in analytical reasoning, mathematics, academic English proficiency, and preparation for international education systems. These accomplishments provide a strong foundation for his future ambitions in global education and diplomatic engagement. Success in international environments requires not only ambition but also language proficiency, knowledge, discipline, and structured preparation—all of which Behruzbek continues to develop.

Debate: The School of Critical Thinking

Behruzbek has been an active participant in debate programs and was awarded the “Best Debater” Certificate by Ibrat Debate. This recognition highlights his ability to construct arguments, analyze evidence, understand opposing viewpoints, and engage in respectful, effective communication.

Debate teaches much more than public speaking; it teaches people how to think critically. A true debater seeks evidence, examines issues from multiple perspectives, communicates ideas logically, and maintains professionalism throughout discussions. Behruzbek also serves as a Mentor and Coordinator of the Ibrat Debate District Team, demonstrating that he is not only a participant but also a leader dedicated to developing and supporting younger debaters.

MUN and the First Steps Toward Diplomacy

Behruzbek has actively participated in various Model United Nations (MUN) conferences as both a volunteer and delegate. He has been involved in Elevate Turon MUN and served as a Finance Manager at Turon MUN, gaining experience in multiple capacities within the MUN environment.

MUN serves as a training ground for diplomacy, international relations, global affairs, negotiation, policy advocacy, and collaborative decision-making. Through participation in such conferences, young people learn to understand international interests, global challenges, and diplomatic processes. Behruzbek’s aspiration to one day represent Uzbekistan in international organizations or within the United Nations system is deeply connected to these experiences. His MUN participation represents some of his earliest practical steps toward a future in diplomacy.

Family serves as an emotional foundation, while mentors act as guiding lights on the path of learning and personal growth.

He continues striving to honor their trust by learning, improving, and preparing himself to represent Uzbekistan on the international stage in the future.

Personal Philosophy and Core Values

“Opportunities are not awaited—they are created.”

This philosophy defines Behruzbek’s approach to life. Rather than waiting for opportunities to appear, he actively seeks and creates them, while simultaneously opening doors for others. He believes that every individual can shape their future through hard work, discipline, and continuous learning. This mindset is clearly reflected in his achievements in IELTS, SAT, WSC, debate, MUN, mentorship, and project leadership.

For Behruzbek, success is not merely an outcome. It is an ongoing process of learning, discipline, initiative, resilience, and consistent effort.
